Ingredients

  • 140 g tempeh, cubed
  • 120 g broccoli florets
  • 120 g cooked brown rice
  • 1 carrot, ribboned
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, soy sauce and ½ lime

Method

  1. Sear the tempeh for 7 minutes until browned on several sides.
  2. Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes and warm the rice and carrot.
  3. Whisk peanut butter with soy, lime and warm water and drizzle over the assembled bowl.
