Ingredients
- 140 g tempeh, cubed
- 120 g broccoli florets
- 120 g cooked brown rice
- 1 carrot, ribboned
- 1 tbsp peanut butter, soy sauce and ½ lime
Method
- Sear the tempeh for 7 minutes until browned on several sides.
- Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes and warm the rice and carrot.
- Whisk peanut butter with soy, lime and warm water and drizzle over the assembled bowl.
