Ingredients
- 1 tin sardines, drained
- 180 g baby potatoes
- 100 g green beans
- ¼ red onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp parsley and ½ lemon
Method
- Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes, adding green beans for the last 5 minutes.
- Drain, halve the potatoes and toss them with onion, parsley and lemon.
- Lay the sardines over the warm salad and add black pepper.
