Ingredients

  • 1 tin sardines, drained
  • 180 g baby potatoes
  • 100 g green beans
  • ¼ red onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp parsley and ½ lemon

Method

  1. Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes, adding green beans for the last 5 minutes.
  2. Drain, halve the potatoes and toss them with onion, parsley and lemon.
  3. Lay the sardines over the warm salad and add black pepper.
