Ingredients

  • 70 g whole-wheat pasta
  • 120 g broccoli florets
  • 80 g frozen peas
  • 70 g plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp dill and ½ lemon

Method

  1. Boil the pasta, adding broccoli and peas for the final 3 minutes.
  2. Drain, rinse briefly under cold water and leave to dry.
  3. Mix yogurt, dill and lemon, then fold through the pasta and vegetables.
